Parties and Celebrations

For birthday parties, Fred Frog will call the birthday child the night before the visit, and his or her name will be included in some of the stories that are told. In addition, a small gift is included in the price of the event!

For children's fairs, Natalee gathers crowds, telling stories and mingling with her puppet characters. Her presence at these events excites the atmosphere and generates interest in the visitors. She has performed regularly at the annual Folk and Music Festival in Albuquerque.

Natalee’s collection of 100 stories include: Southwest Tales, General Folk Tales, Tall Tales, Holiday Tales, Stories of Inspiration, True Stories, and Fairy Tales.

Pricing & Scheduling

Natalee's visits are a popular regular activity for Pre-schools: Storytelling with handouts, Optional bonus of making a simple paper puppet for 35-45 min, $45, any size group. Note that one-time visits, elementary schools, and distance driving are extra. Schools may also schedule Natalee for half-day elementary assemblies for $250.

Natalee a three-time holder of the Child Development Associates (CDA) credential. She has participated in the Albuquerque Academy Summer Session teaching or telling stories from 1995 – 2002. She has performed and taught at many Albuquerque Public Schools and also given several workshops to schoolteachers as well.

Stories and More workshops provide certificates, handouts, or follow-up activities. Puppets can provide language and speech support.
